How do I order a grazing box or platter?
You can order one of our boxes or platters by completing the online enquiry form. If possible, we require at least 48 hours notice for all box and platter orders. Once we have received your order we will confirm it via email. We will confirm the delivery date and time and ask for full payment. When should I order by?
All orders should be placed as soon as possible once you know what you'd like and when you'd like it! We will do our best to squeeze in any last minute orders if we have sufficient supplies and delivery times available, so please do always get in touch and we'll do our very best to fit you in!

I've submitted my online order form, but haven't received an email back?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours. If you haven't received an email from us, please check your junk folder.

How do I pay?
Once we have received your enquiry form we will email you back confirming your order and attach our invoice. We ask for payment via BACS transfer, using the account details provided. Your order is only confirmed once we have received your full payment. We ask for payment on receipt of invoice.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery within a 3 mile radius of GU27 3SJ. For deliveries within 3 to 10 miles of GU27 3SJ there is a charge of £0.60 per mile for the round trip. If you live outside of our 10 mile delivery area please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your order, a minimum order value may apply and you may also be subject to a charge for our time to deliver to longer distances. Alternatively, collect your order from us free of charge.

We deliver Monday to Friday and Saturday and Sunday mornings. Please do contact us at [email protected] and let us know what day you would like your order delivered and we will do our best to accommodate you. We deliver our small and medium Breakfast Grazing Boxes on Saturday and Sundays only.

What if I have a special request or dietary requirement?
Please fill out our enquiry form detailing any special requests or dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate this. PLEASE NOTE, we cannot guarantee a nut free environment in our kitchen.

A note on allergies
We cannot guarantee there are no traces of allergens in our products. We handle all allergens in our kitchen.
PLEASE NOTE nuts are regularly handled on our premises. Unfortunately, due to the wide variety of suppliers we source from, we cannot guarantee the products in our boxes or platters don't contain traces of the following: celery, cereals containing gluten - including wheat (e.g. spelt), rye, barley and oats, crustaceans e.g. prawns, crabs and lobsters, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs e.g. mussels and oysters, mustard, tree nuts including almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia, pecans, pistachios and walnuts, peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites.

Can you refrigerate the boxes and platters?
All our boxes and platters are fridge friendly. If you are not eating the box or platter immediately, they should be refrigerated upon arrival. We advise you keep a shelf in your fridge clear in anticipation! Boxes and platters can be kept in the fridge for a maximum of 24 hours.

How long can the food remain out on the table?
We advise a 4 hour time period for grazing, after this time the food should be disposed of. The box / platter must be kept in a cool area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Do you offer refunds?
Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, as the ingredients are all pre-ordered to fulfil your requirements. We can amend delivery dates if advance notice is given.

Are you fully insured and registered?
We have been awarded a 5 star Food Hygiene Rating by Chichester District Council. We are fully insured and registered with the local authority, as required by law. We are taking all necessary precautions with Covid 19 practices in place and following PPE regulations.
