Do you deliver?
Yes, we offer free delivery within a 3 mile radius of GU27 3SJ. For deliveries within 3 to 10 miles of GU27 3SJ there is a charge of £0.60 per mile for the round trip. If you live outside of our 10 mile delivery area please contact us and we’ll see if we can accommodate your order, a minimum order value may apply and you may also be subject to a charge for our time to deliver to longer distances. Alternatively, collect your order from us free of charge.

What days / times do you deliver?
We deliver Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm and Saturday & Sunday: 8am to 11am. We deliver our small and medium Breakfast Grazing Boxes on Saturday and Sundays only.

Deliveries made outside of the above hours may be subject to an additional charge for our time - this will be quoted separately, as it is dependent on how long the delivery will take us to carry out the round trip.

Do you offer time slots for the deliver?
Yes, once we have confirmed your order, we provide you with a time slot on your preferred day, which will fall in between our delivery hours listed above. We provide you with a one hour delivery window.
All our platters are fridge friendly so you can refrigerate them until they are required.

Do I need to be in to accept my delivery?
Yes, the customer needs to be available to receive their order. The box or platter should be refrigerated on receipt, until you are ready to enjoy it.

What if no one is in to accept the delivery?
We will attempt delivery and if we don't get a response we will call you if you have provided us with a telephone number. If we are unable to reach you we will attempt to leave the order with a neighbour or leave the order in a safe place. Olive & Bloom Grazing is not responsible for the order once it has been left with a neighbour or in a safe place.
